I started my professional life training to become a cook under Alfons Schuhbeck in the Kurhausstüberl at Waging am See, 19 points Gault et Millau and one star Guide Michelin. I spent a total of seven years in top-class gastronomy.
My years of travel in gastronomy led me to various star and gourmet restaurants, nationally as well as internationally.
As a cooking instructor and presenter, I have cooked together with more than 10,000 clients. I am a certified nutritional coach, food stylist and food photographer.
